Coconut milk powder has high levels of Vitamin C which helps maintain elasticity and flexibility of skin. Whilst oatmeal has the ability to soften and moisturize your skin which decreases dry itchy skin.
Epsom Salt and Pink Himalayan Salts help ease aches & pains, bathing in these salts is also an excellent method for increasing magnesium intake as the skin absorbs the magnesium while you soak.
